Called to be

There is a generosity about God that sometimes we may find hard to stomach. Often, what and who we will want to omit, overlook, or exclude from the party, God in Jesus, will admit, notice, include and indulge. We seem to draw the circle around God too tightly. Fortunately there’s an eraser at the top end of the pencil Jesus carries behind his ear; rubbing out our lines with a huge smile and huge tears

Argh!

Am beginning to think I’m not meant to go to this match…
1. Spent 2 hours looking for totally absent rugby shirt during said search managed to break much loved (and only) vase and a bottle of GF soya sauce which marinated my entire flat.
2. Then insomnia struck which caused the inevitable oversleeping and missing of prebooked (cheap) coach.
3. Determined to get to Cardiff I made my way to Paddington only to queue for an hour to be told that without a prebooked seat I may not get there in time…

To be continued…

Cake is not necessarily proof of the existence of God. It is however proof of God’s communication with Humanity.
